T-Ball 2015

Registration is closed

Deadline for registration-- April 15th

T-Ball: Register for the grade you are currently in this school year. (Pre-K and Kindergarten.)
Will divide up teams April 28th. Turn in shirt order on April 30th.
This is a COED Boys and Girls T-Ball league, scheduled for 2 nights a week starting June 2 for 8 games. Games are scheduled for Tue and Thur at 5:45PM or 7:00PM. No Rain Outs dates.

To the best of our ability we will honor the requests for Reciprocal Buddies. There is no max or min number of players for each team however; the intent is to balance each team with 7-10 players for Tee Ball. This way kids will get more touches of the ball, get up to bat more often and are easier to manage for coaches, many of whom are also new to our program. Parents please sign up to help.

Pictures and T-Shirts will be during the last 2 weeks of May.

Awards night scheduled for June 23th with Rain-Out date of June 25th.

Baseball:  We received numerous requests to have a 5th/6th grade division.  For this this happen you need to get registered, get your friends to register and we need coaches.  We do have the league to play in but only if we have at least 12 boys sign up with 18 Max players per team.  Games are Tuesday and Thursday starting June 4th.  The year-end tournament for this division is July 25th & 26th at Waconia.

2015  Baseline testing for Concussion Management

All head coaches and assistant coaches (In-House and Traveling) are required to complete Concussion Training prior to coaching any practices or games.  There is no cost to complete the training.   This is a Minnesota State Law.

CCYBSA is encouraging parents to complete the course as well.

  • Many athletes sustain concussions and don’t even realize.
  • The concussion video takes about 30-45 minutes and can be completed from any computer with an internet connection.  It may work from a tablet or smart phone, but I haven’t tried it
  • Be sure you have printer availability as the form cannot be replaced and you will need to re-take the test

Per the Concussion Web site:   Can I Get a Replacement Copy of My Certificate?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement copies of certificates, as we do not collect any personal information or track or record any individual’s use of this training.

Please click here to complete the online training course.

The course is free.  The course prints out a certificate of completion which needs to be sent to before any practices start.
