Concussion Training Guide

If you are interested in helping coach you have 2 options:

(A) Register yourself as you are registering you child or

(B) return to the registration system and register yourself at that time.

We need the background check  on all coaches on the field.  Either of the above options will Automatically trigger the Background check.

All head coaches and assistant coaches (In-House, SW Community league and Travel programs) are required to complete Concussion Training prior to coaching any practices or games.  you can not be on the field without this completed and turned in to ccybsa.reg@gmail.com.  There is no cost to complete this training.

Baseline testing for Concussion Management is required every 3 years.  The course is free.

If the date we have on file is less than 9/30/2016 you need to complete the course, print it out and send the new certificate to CCYBSA.Reg @gmail.com.

Once you complete the training and quiz, you can print out a certificate, making it easy to show your league or school you are ready for the season.   Copy this certificate and email it to ccybsa.reg@gmail.com

Just an FYI you need to print it right then as you cannot return to print it at a later date.  You will have to re-take it.

We also accept a copy of your certificate from say you took one to coach football.

The date on the certificate has to be within 3 years.   I use the date of 9/30/xx.  This covers us thru Fall Ball season.

So, for 2020 Between 9/30/2017 to 9/30/2020 would be valid for the 2020 season.
